Group Gallien is a French family business, founded by Jean GALLIEN in 1969, with several subsidiaries in various wood-related trades.
From forest harvesting to wood impregnation, Group Gallien has diversified into different wood activities: sawmills, wooden pallet manufacturing, construction timber, wooden poles for electrical and telecommunication use, agricultural wooden stakes, logs, lumber, wood-metal safety barriers, and outdoor equipments…
Group Gallien is also a shareholder in BCA (Bois Collé d’Auvergne). All production sites are located in France, near forested areas, mainly in the heart of the Massif Central.

Group Gallien has always been committed to contributing to the balance of the natural environment, preserving and maintaining forests through sustainable harvesting. Tree plantations are also carried out to ensure forest regeneration. All products are recoverable and recyclable.
All by-products from our production processes are repurposed as fuel to power our boilers, dryers, or used in the manufacturing of wood panels, paper pulp, and wooden pellets.
Our certifications provide assurance about the origin of wood harvested from sustainably managed forests.
